So once again I’ve gone nearly a month without posting. I really need to post more!!
Anyway, things are going well. As expected, funding is a challenge, but we’re slowly bringing in money. Funding and getting the site up and running are my focus now, with bringing on partner sites being the next most important task. The initial site is now live, but not fully functional. It is demo-able with one partner site active, but doesn’t do much more than that. However, the parter business development process is going very well. We are in various stages of discussions with as many as 30 sites.
Starting August 1 I will be working iLogon full time, so I’m expecting the pace to pick up. I’ve been working on this about 4-6 hours a day now, and should be at 10 hours plus come August. I think patience will be key soon, because without full time employees (which I wont have outside myself) I will spend a lot of time waiting on others. I think contracting out some of the development work may help here.
