I can’t believe its been over a month since I’ve posted. Well again, a lot has happened since my last post. The company name has been selected, incorporated, and trademarked. iLogon Inc. is now alive!
Here is a list of some accomplishments to date:
- Selected company name
- Incorporated (as c corp)
- Pulled together seed money
- Wrote initial Business Plan
- Forecasted financials for 5 years
- Started prototype
- Developed company logo and branding
- Corporate website in progress
- Started contacting partners
- Developed initial marketing plan
There’s a bunch more, but that’s a good list for now. I’ve been spending pretty much every waking moment on this, and I’m loving it. I need to update my blog daily to capture more of the process and also to serve as a log for when we hit our exit plan. I’ll need something to do on the beach while sipping the umbrella drink…
